is there a deposit?
A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED for EVERY SERVICE. Please refer to "How do I pay for my appointment" below for more information regarding deposits.

How do I pay for my appointment?
DEPOSITS: ZELLE, PAYPAL, and CASHAPP ARE THE ONLY FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED FOR DEPOSITS.
CASH ONLY FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE OF PAYMENT DUE FOR SERVICE.

What if I'm running late?
A GRACE PERIOD of 15 MINUTES is given when running late. I will try my BEST to fit you in if I have the ability to do so, but giving the client that is scheduled AFTER YOU the same respect and timeliness is JUST as important.
if you are 16 minutes or more late, you will have to re-schedule your appointment.
How do I reschedule my appointment?
If you have to re-schedule an appointment, PLEASE do so 24 HOURS PRIOR to your APPOINTMENT TIME by referring to the CONFIRMATION EMAIL that was sent to you PER THE EMAIL THAT WAS USED WHEN BOOKING TO RESCHEDULE. This will ensure that your DEPOSIT IS APPLIED TO THE NEW APPOINTMENT DATE AND TIME OF YOUR CHOOSING.

I have to cancel my appointment, what's next?
Please be sure to CANCEL APPOINTMENTS HERE 24 HOURS PRIOR to your appointment time. IF NOT this will result in the FORFEITING OF YOUR DEPOSIT.
If you would like to re-schedule for another date after cancelling last minute, you WILL have to make another deposit with NO exceptions.

Is it okay if I bring a friend/children to my appointment?
As much as we would LOVE for everyone to see your amazing transformation, unfortunately NO EXTRA GUESTS are allowed during your service.
